Refund Policy
At Intervo, we provide personalized and time-based mock interview services. Because of the nature of our services, please read this policy carefully before making a payment.
1. No Refund Policy
All payments made for mock interview sessions are non-refundable.
Once a session is booked and payment is completed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
2. Missed Sessions
- If a user fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be considered completed.
- No refund or replacement session will be provided in such cases.
3. Rescheduling
- Rescheduling may be allowed only at Intervo’s discretion.
- Users must inform us in advance if they are unable to attend a scheduled session.
- Approval of rescheduling depends on interviewer availability.
4. Technical Issues
If a session cannot be completed due to technical issues from Intervo’s side, we may:
- reschedule the session, or
- provide an alternative solution, at our discretion
No cash refunds will be issued.
